Unless stated otherwise, all products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Defective items will be repaired, credited, or replaced at no cost according to the manufacturer's warranty terms, provided that written notice is given within the warranty period. Excel Leisure Games is not liable for any repairs made without its approval, nor for any indirect or consequential damages, losses, or expenses incurred by purchasers.
